Return policy

Returns are accepted only upon prior consultation and only if the products are unused and in their original condition, and always after telephone communication or via email.


If no error is found on the part of our company, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products will be refunded, with shipping costs being borne exclusively by the customer.


In the case of a reshipment of an order, the shipping cost will be +€2.50, and the total amount of the order must be paid in full in order for it to be shipped again.


If the product has been used or its original packaging has been altered, the return will not be accepted.


If the return is not made within the period defined by law (14 calendar days from the date of receipt) or if any of the return conditions are not met, ThinkPharmacy reserves the right to refuse the return and not proceed with a replacement.


Refunds are processed within 30 days from the return and receipt of the products by our company.


To receive a refund, you must provide us with the bank account to which the deposit should be made.

For returns, a retail receipt is required.

If an invoice has been issued, the return must be accompanied by a delivery note.

Refunds are made via bank transfer to an account that must belong to one of the following banks: Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, or Piraeus Bank! Otherwise, if the transaction involves a different bank, interbank fees are borne exclusively by the customer.


In the event of an error on our part, the return will be accepted provided you notify us within 5 working days. We will fully refund the amount corresponding to the order value and the shipping costs.


Infant milk, baby creams, and refrigerated products cannot be returned for safety and proper storage reasons.


Exchanges of products that are part of a promotional package are not accepted. The entire package must be returned for exchange.


Exchanges for opened packages are NOT accepted!!

Cash on delivery policy

Orders with the payment method "Cash on Delivery" are processed only after telephone confirmation.

Product stock is reserved for each order only if the order is confirmed by phone.

After the second attempt to contact you, the stock is no longer reserved.
