SHIPPING WITH ACS Courier

For orders over €49 and up to 3kg volumetric weight*, shipping is free! For orders under €49 and up to 3kg volumetric weight*, shipping costs €2.50. For orders over 3kg volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €1.50 per kilo.

SHIPPING WITH BOX NOW

For shipments with BOX NOW up to 20kg, dimensions up to 62*45*36cm, and a value up to €49, the shipping cost is €2.40; for orders over that amount, shipping is free. The package remains available for pickup for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend by 24 hours upon user request.

IN-STORE PICKUP (HERAKLION, CRETE ONLY)

The total order value must exceed €15.

Payment is made before or upon delivery of the products and can be completed using one of the following methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment in cash upon delivery of the order by the courier. COD fee is €1.50. Cash on delivery is valid for orders up to €499. For orders of €500 and above, another payment method must be selected.

By charging a Credit or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro)

To ensure the highest level of security for electronic transactions via credit cards, payments made with a card are processed through the “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Alpha Bank, using TLS 1.1 encryption protocol with 128-bit encryption (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).

Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches the designated recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Payment using the MasterPass digital wallet

Masterpass by Mastercard is a simple, easy, and secure digital platform for faster and safer online shopping at thousands of online businesses, allowing users to store all bank digital wallets in one place.

Our online store think pharmacy makes every effort to ensure that its products are all immediately available, using modern inventory management systems.

In the event that a product is out of stock, the order department of think pharmacy will contact you to inform you of the exact delivery time of your items.

SHIPPING

Orders with the shipping method “Courier Delivery” are shipped the same day, provided that all products are immediately available (this applies to orders placed by 16:00 in the afternoon) and are delivered within 2-3 business days.

IN-STORE PICKUP (ONLY FOR HERAKLION, CRETE)

Orders with the shipping method “In-Store Pickup” are available on the next business day, provided that all products are immediately available. A notification SMS will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

You can pick up your order from our physical store in Mastampas at Lethefteriou & Sbokou 8, Saridakis Pharmacy from Monday – Friday 8am–9pm and Saturday 8am–8pm.
Your order will remain at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which it will be automatically cancelled!

Our online store Think Pharmacy accepts product returns within 14 calendar days under certain conditions.

A necessary condition for returning products is to have in your possession the relevant proof of purchase that confirms the transaction (e.g., Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Delivery Note, etc.). In the event that no error is found on the part of our company, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded, and the shipping costs are solely the customer's responsibility.

Product exchanges for in-store pickup (only for Heraklion, Crete): If you wish to exchange a product with another, it is recommended to first contact our store at 2811 103549 for information. Then, deliver the product to the physical store where you received your order. A necessary condition for the return is possession of the relevant proof of purchase. The Think Pharmacy team will inspect the item and contact you about your desired replacement. You will be notified via SMS on the next business day when your replacement is ready for pickup.

Product exchanges via shipping: If you wish to exchange a product with another, it is recommended to first contact our store at 2811 103549 for information. If no error is found on our part, the return and re-shipping costs are solely the customer's responsibility. Proof of purchase is required. Our team will inspect the item and contact you about the new product you wish to receive. In case there is a price difference, you can pay it via bank deposit or cash on delivery (COD), in which case an additional €1.50 fee applies.

Returns are not accepted for: Baby formula, baby creams, and refrigerated products for safety and proper storage reasons. Also, products that have been unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons. Changes to products that are part of promotional bundles are not accepted. The entire bundle must be returned.

Refunds are processed within 30 days from the return and receipt of the products by our company.

IMPORTANT: In any case, before taking any action, please contact us by phone at 2811 103549 or by email at email so we can guide you on the proper steps based on the issue you’re facing.

In the event of partial or total damage to one or more products during transport, the customer is required to inform our company within 48 hours of receiving the order. The customer is also required to send photographic evidence via email to our company, clearly showing the damaged products and the package. In cases of proven product damage during transport, the customer will be fully compensated by our company through a new shipment of the products.

For shipments to Cyprus and other international countries, orders are shipped via DHL courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the country zone and the weight of the products. We will inform you via email of the final cost of your order. Orders will be shipped only after payment has been made in advance via bank deposit or credit card.

The prices of the online store are the same as those of the physical store - however, the discounts differ.
