Whole goat milk is the main ingredient in Capricare® infant milks. Goat milk is a source of protein, fatty acids and a range of other essential nutrients. A key difference between goat and cow milk is protein and fat. Another difference is the lactation process: goat milk is secreted mainly by a process called "apocrine" and cow milk is secreted exclusively by a process called "merocrine". Digestion Capricare® infant formula based on whole goat milk is prepared with the natural proteins of whole goat milk which have the property of forming a porous gel in the infant's stomach. Proteins Milk contains caseins and whey proteins. There are 4 caseins: αs1-casein, αs2-casein, β-casein and κ-casein, as well as 2 main whey proteins: β-lactoglobulin and α-lactalbumin. Goat milk usually contains much less αs1-casein and more β-casein than cow's milk. Not all goat milk is the same. Goats of different breeds and with different genes produce very high levels of αs1-casein similar to those of cows. Farmers who supply goat milk for Capricare® infant formulas select goats based on the low levels of αs1-casein contained in their milk. Fats The fats in milk are made up of about 30 different fatty acids. Goat milk contains twice as much medium chain fatty acids (caproic acid C6:0, caprylic acid C8:0 and capric acid C10:0) as cow's milk. Medium chain fatty acids (MCTs) are more easily digested than longer chain saturated fatty acids. For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
