Hansaplast Sensitive XL and XXL dressings are sterile wound dressings for the protection of larger wounds or post-operative wounds.

The highly skin-friendly, breathable material adheres securely to the skin and is painlessly removed. The large gauze of the dressing protects the wound without sticking to it, providing great comfort during use.

How to use

1. Cleaning

Cleaning the wound from dirt and bacteria is the necessary first step for optimal healing. To prevent wound infections, spray Hansaplast Wound Cleaning Spray from a distance of about 10 cm over the entire wound area. Repeat if necessary and then gently wipe the wound and the skin area around the wound with a sterile gauze.
Important: In small wounds, bleeding stops soon. If bleeding continues, apply additional gauze, maintain pressure, and seek medical attention.

2. Healing

You can help the wound heal safely and quickly, while reducing the risk of scarring. Use Hansaplast Wound Healing Ointment regularly until the wound is completely healed. Carefully apply a thin layer once or twice a day. Make sure that the mouth of the tube does not come into contact with the wound. Repeat regularly until healing is complete. Hansaplast Wound Healing Ointment can be used on open, small superficial wounds at any stage of the healing process. If necessary, cover the wound with a dressing, gauze or bandage. If your wound is post-operative, follow this step as an option and only after the wound has closed.

3. Protection

Finally, it is important to protect the wound from external influences, such as dirt and bacteria, so that healing can proceed without complications. Cover the wound with the sterile Hansaplast wound dressing that best suits your needs. Monitor the wound and change the dressing or dressing daily unless your doctor has advised you otherwise. For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
