The Otosan cone comes from an old folk tradition. It is a simple, safe and effective method for ear hygiene at home. Now it is also enriched with propolis, a natural substance with antibacterial properties. The Otosan cone facilitates the ear's natural defenses and prevents the formation of abundant wax, which can be the cause of several discomforts, such as buzzing, whistling, deep noises, unstable acoustic pressure, hearing loss and blocked ears. Pass the cone through the protective disc, place the narrowest part of the cone in the ear and light the widest part. As the cone burns, it causes: HEAT: The heat released by the cone enters the ear canal, softens the alveolus and, thanks to the volatile fraction of propolis, strengthens the natural defenses of the ear. It also acts on the acupuncture points, revitalizing blood circulation, causing a feeling of health and natural relaxation. ABSORPTION: The absorption created at the base of the cone by the hot air that rises, facilitates the removal of impurities, sediment and water from the ear canal. It also helps restore the correct tension of the eardrum after holidays in the mountains, flights, swimming and diving that can block the ear.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.
