Multi-Purpose Ice Pack / Hot Pack for Natural Pain ReliefThe Nexcare ColdHot Therapy Pack Flexible is a thermotherapy/cryotherapy compress (medium size) with added comfort for natural pain relief. Non-toxic and 99% biodegradable, it is safe for the whole family. It can be used cold or hot and comes with a comfortable protective cover with elastic to keep the hot pack/ice pack in place. Its new protective cover is designed with Thinsulate microfibers that offer the highest insulating protection. It allows the temperature to be maintained, whether it is to be used for cryotherapy or as a hot pack, for a long time providing greater convenience.

HOW IT WORKS: You can store it in the refrigerator or freezer for immediate use as a cold pack, to reduce swelling, inflammation and pain, or simply heat it in the microwave or hot water for quick heating to relieve pain and treat stiffness, muscle spasms and aches.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.
