INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECTLY TAKING MEDICINES

Before taking any prescription or non-prescription medication, read your notes and the instructions enclosed with the medication.

• Try to learn the color and shape of the medicine so you know every time if you are taking the right pill.
• Always follow the instructions given to you. Do not increase or decrease the dose yourself. Discuss with your doctor whether the medicine is helping you or not.
• If you develop an allergy or have an adverse reaction, contact your doctor immediately.
• Keep your medicines in a safe place out of reach of children. Check the expiry date and always throw away old medicines.
• Do not share your medications with friends or other family members. Your doctor has prescribed them for your condition only.
• If you are taking multiple medications at the same time, make a plan or ask someone to help you remember when to take each one.
• If you do not remember how to safely take the medicine, call your doctor or pharmacist.
• Always buy your medications from the same pharmacy.
• Ask your pharmacist to explain how to take your medicine. Ask if you should avoid any activities, even over-the-counter medications, certain foods, or dietary supplements while taking this medicine.
• Ask him to write you a list of other medicines or foods that you should not take while you are taking this medicine.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Additional customs charges may apply upon delivery of the package.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
Pickup is available at our physical store in Mastampas, Heraklion:

The order must exceed €15 in value.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.

If any of the ordered products are not immediately available in our store, the waiting time may be up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email about product availability.
