Mode of action

When sprayed onto the nasal mucosa, ALLEGRIN forms a slightly osmotic, resistant, elastic and absorbent barrier film on the nasal mucosa.

The membrane works as an instant protective barrier against environmental allergens and pollutants , thus minimizing the contact of the nasal surface with allergens . The positive osmotic pressure of the membrane also attracts and traps pollutants present in the nasal mucosa. Clearing the nasal surface creates favorable conditions for mucosal repair and self-defense. An intact nasal mucosa helps prevent allergens from entering the body. The combined action of this absorbent mechanical barrier membrane to protect, cleanse and minimize allergen exposure provides rapid relief of symptoms. ALLEGRIN is not highly irritating, acting directly and mechanically on the nasal surface without being absorbed into the body. Clinical results show a significant reduction in nasal congestion & irritation and normalization of nasal secretions in a very short time. ALLEGRIN can be used before the expected exposure (application approximately 5-15 minutes before exposure, for preventive action) or after the onset of the allergic reaction.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
