Designed for skin-to-skin contact with your baby

The ultra-thin butterfly-shaped breast shields are designed for skin-to-skin contact with your baby. Thanks to their special shape, not only your baby's nose but also their jaw comes into contact with your breast, allowing them to smell and touch you. Simply place the shield over the center of your nipple, so your baby can latch on to the entire areola. Enjoy bonding with your baby while protecting your nipples.

It is designed to help the baby latch on to the nipple

We designed nipple shields to help babies who have difficulty latching on, so you can breastfeed for longer. For mothers with flat or inverted nipples and babies with weak latching or oral abnormalities, the shield can act as a nipple support for your baby to latch on to, keeping them in place during feeding breaks.

Made for sensitive or irritated nipples

Breast shields are designed to provide comfort and gentler feedings for sensitive or sore nipples. They can help reduce friction during breastfeeding so you can feed your baby in comfort.

Babies drink at their own pace.

If the mother's milk flow needs to be limited or if the baby doesn't have enough strength, nipple shields are also a great way to provide support. The three holes at the end of the shield can reduce the milk flow if it is too strong. This way, the baby can drink at his own pace, even when the mother has a lot of milk.

Designed for proper fit

The breast shields come in two sizes to best fit your breasts. The small sizes fit diameters from 12mm and the medium sizes fit diameters up to 21. To find your size, sit comfortably and place one of the perforated rings over your nipple. Turn the shield clockwise and guide the nipple into the channel. Then stretch the base of the shield around the areola. If there is a 2mm gap between the nipple and the silicone, this is the correct size. Tip: the size is based on the nipple, not the areola. Not sure? Ask your doctor for support.

Easy cleaning in the hygienic carrying case

You should clean your nipple shields before each use. This process takes less than 10 minutes. Place them in boiling water for five minutes or use the optional hygiene case. Place both well-rinsed nipple shields in the case and add 25 ml/0.9 fl.oz. of water. Then place the nipple shields in a 750-1000W microwave for three minutes. Let them cool for five minutes. Then drain the water and they are ready to use. Use the practical hygiene case when you are out and about, as well as to store your nipple shields and keep them clean.

Combining breastfeeding and bottle feeding

The ultra-thin, soft silicone material of the Philips Avent nipple shield is closer to infant feeding solutions, for a smooth transition between breastfeeding and bottle feeding when the two are combined.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
