The anxiolytic effect of hops also acts on the muscles, relieving them of tension. Valerian is one of the most useful relaxing neurotonics available to us. This fact has also been recognized by classical medicine and is included in many medical codes as a sedative. Valerian can be used safely to reduce tension, anxiety and overstimulation of the nervous system. It is extremely effective as an aid to treat insomnia, contributing to natural and therapeutic sleep. As an antispasmodic, valerian helps treat cramps, intestinal colic and menstrual pain, while as an analgesic it is indicated when pain is associated with tension (e.g. headaches). Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
