Sage leaves have been used as a herbal remedy since ancient times. "Salvia" means "good health" in Latin and the medicinal use of fresh sage leaves has been known for centuries in many cultures. Fresh sage is particularly effective due to its estrogenic properties in hot flashes and night sweats in the premenopausal, climacteric or menopausal phase and its consumption is completely safe. Hot flashes are the most common symptom of menopause, experienced by 75% of women. It is characterized as a feeling of intense increase in body heat and is sometimes accompanied by nausea and dizziness. Menopausal hot flashes most often affect the face and neck. Sweating and hot flashes can occur at any time of the day although more often, they are experienced at night and are mainly due to the drop in estrogen levels. This affects the proper functioning of the hypothalamus - the part of the brain that regulates body temperature. More blood goes to the skin (flushing, redness) and the sweat glands start to work (sweating). Menopausal hot flashes can be triggered by changes in environmental temperature. This is why women experience more hot flashes and sweating in the summer or in a strongly heated room during the winter. Other triggers can be emotional stress and the consumption of certain foods, such as hot peppers or pepper. Hot flashes do not pose a real medical risk. However, they disrupt sleep, affect mood, concentration and energy levels.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
