Bepanthene® Eczema cream is a medical device and, through its special cortisone-free composition, is used to relieve itching and redness caused by atopic dermatitis/atopic eczema or dry skin.

Atopic dermatitis, or atopic eczema, is a skin condition characterized by redness and intense itching. It occurs most frequently in children/infants, significantly affecting their quality of life and that of their family3.

What really happens to atopic skin, why is there itching and what should we do to stop it?

Simply put, in atopic skin, the epidermal barrier is disrupted, and shows reduced cohesion. This results in continuous transdermal water loss, which causes the skin to dry out, while at the same time irritating and allergenic factors enter the skin through the "defective" skin barrier.

Bepanthene® Eczema, due to its special composition and mechanism of action, restores the epidermal barrier, is proven to relieve itching within 30 minutes of application, offers lasting hydration and enhances skin regeneration1-2.

• Lipids in lamellar layers just like those of healthy skin.
• Provitamin B5
• Glycerin

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
