BetterYou Magnesium Joint Body Spray is designed to relieves muscle stiffness and improve joint flexibility. The composition is absorbed immediately when sprayed on the skin, replenishing the body with this essential metal.

Fortified with glucosamine for immediate application to muscles and joints with the cooling and calming effect of menthol. The smell is extremely pleasant, yet little or no scent remains on the skin (unlike lubricants or creams) after a few minutes of application.

Responsible for over 325 chemical reactions within the body, magnesium helps support calcium absorption, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Glucosamine is believed to encourage cartilage formation and help maintain joint lubrication, promoting strength and movement.

How to use

Spray five to ten sprays all over the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. After a shower or bath is a good time to apply, as the skin is warm and the pores are open, which helps absorption.

Apply anywhere on the body avoiding sensitive areas such as the eyes. Focus on joints, muscles and areas of concern.

Reapply whenever needed. Contains 600 sprays.

Dosage

10 sprays provide 100 mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium and 50 mg of glucosamine.

For children, we recommend reducing the dose by half as their additional daily need for supplements is less than that of an adult.

Storage

Once opened, store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Magnesium tingling

Upon initial application you may feel a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is a result of the high rate of absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will subside with regular use and as absorption begins immediately, the skin may peel after massage.

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.
