BioGaia Protectis® ORS probiotic hydration solution with zinc is a simple, natural, safe and easy way to prevent & treat dehydration, e.g. from gastroenteritis, as well as to restore and maintain healthy microbial balance in the gastrointestinal tract in order to reduce the intensity and duration of symptoms associated with gastroenteritis.

L.reuteri Protectis® fully meets the WHO requirements for probiotics. In an in vitro study comparing the viability of 35 different probiotic strains in a simulated human gastrointestinal tract for five days, L. reuteri Protectis® was one of only three strains that survived. This was also confirmed in vivo, when its intake by healthy humans led to significant colonization of the stomach, duodenum and ileum.

It is also the only probiotic that produces the antimicrobial substance reuterin against pathogenic microorganisms, such as rotaviruses.

Available in a package of 7 sachets of 5.5 g. The contents of each sachet are dissolved in 250 ml of cool water, kept for 3 hours outside the refrigerator or 6 hours in the refrigerator

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
