The NEBIANAX 3% KIT It is suitable for daily cleaning of the nasal cavities, especially in case of colds, rhinitis, sinusitis and in all conditions of nasal mucosa congestion.

The NEBIANAX 3% KIT allows the spraying of NEBIANAX 3% (ready-to-use 3% hypertonic saline solution with physiological pH and added hyaluronic acid) through the device Spray-sol® .

The Spray-sol® is a device specially designed for local treatments of the nasal and paranasal cavities and allows rapid administration of a solution by nebulization in particles of size from 10 to 20 microns, which are suitable for the treatment of the upper respiratory tract . The specially designed shape and the soft material used for the nasal fitting make it particularly suitable for children's nostrils, but it can also be used by adults.

The NEBIANAX 3% It has a decongestant effect on the nasal mucosa as well as a liquefying effect on the mucus. It facilitates the elimination of secretions and is therefore useful for keeping the nasal cavities clean, especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. In general, it releases the blocked nose, improving breathing.
His presence hyaluronic acid makes it NEBIANAX 3% suitable for administration to children. Hyaluronic acid is a substance produced by our body to maintain tissue hydration. It adheres to the surface of the mucosa and, by retaining water in a physiological way, forms a membrane that provides relief to the irritated mucosa. It facilitates the moistening of the nasal cavities and improves the ease of intake and palatability of the hypertonic solution.

The solution in single-dose vials can be used in nebulizer therapy.

The cannula needle, supplied with Buona Spray-sol, allows you to obtain saline solutions and/or solutions containing drugs for aerosol use from any type of vial or container.

The Elephant syringe cover makes washing the nose a pleasant and playful moment for children.

How to use

1. Remove a single-dose vial and warm it with your hands before administering the solution. Open it by twisting the cap;

2. Aspirate the solution to be nebulized with the Luer Lock syringe:

• With the vials NEBIANAX 3% and NEBIANAX ISO It is not necessary to use a cannula needle; the opening of the vial fits perfectly into the Luer Lock syringe.

• With other types of vials and/or containers: place the cannula needle on the syringe, draw up the solution to be nebulized, and then remove the cannula needle from the syringe.

3. Attach the elephant cover to the Spray-sol® nebulizer, make sure that the elephant's face is facing the nebulizer, as shown in the image, and screw the syringe filled with the solution onto the special nozzle. Spray-sol® nebulizer inlet.

4. In infants and young children (under 3 years of age and always depending on the level of cooperation) the irrigation should be done with the child lying on one side, keeping the head tilted to one side and carefully inserting the Spray-sol ^® into the upper part of the nostril. Press the syringe plunger firmly to spray the solution.

For older children and adults , attach Spray-sol® ^to one nostril, hold the torso forward and with the head slightly tilted to one side, insert Spray-sol® into the upper nostril. Press the syringe plunger to spray the solution.

5. Repeat the procedure in point 4 for the other nostril, dividing the solution contained in the syringe equally between the two nostrils.

6. Before storing the accessories in the special case, follow the instructions in the “CLEANING” paragraph.

Infants, Children and Adults: 1-3 sprays with Spray-sol ^® per nostril, several times a day

CLEANING

The Good Spray-sol It is suitable for single patient use, but can be used multiple times. It is therefore very important to clean it thoroughly after each use to ensure proper function and durability.

At the end of each use, proceed as follows:

1. Wash the Spray-sol® nebulizer under running water, not hot, with the optional addition of a drop of neutral soap (non-abrasive). Before storing, dry the Spray-sol® nebulizer with a soft cloth.

2. Rinse the syringe body and plunger under running water and dry thoroughly before reassembling the syringe.

3. Rinse the cannula needle both inside and out with running water and let it dry.

4. Wash under running water and dry the syringe elephant cap and the attached container with a soft cloth.

Make sure all materials are completely dry before placing them back inside the personal container.
