Charak Extrammune Syrup - Herbal Syrup For Strengthening The Immune System, 200ml

EXTRAMMUNE was created from plant extracts and is intended for cases where it is necessary to strengthen the defense during or before an infection (preventively). It strengthens the immune system and preserves its balance. Its action is manifested through the following mechanisms. a) It enhances the phagocytosis of polymorphonuclear cells. b) It enhances the synthesis of aminoglobulin. It manifests antibacterial and anti-inflammatory action in upper respiratory infections such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis, sinusitis, stomatitis. It contributes to the treatment of skin diseases such as purulent acne, dermatitis, difficult-to-heal ulcers. It exhibits strong antioxidant protection.USED IN: Upper respiratory tract infections: pharyngitis, tracheopharyngitis, otitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, runny nose. Common cold - Seasonal viral infections, allergic reactions. Skin and soft tissue infections: purulent acne, infectious dermatitis, skin ulcers. Bacterial urinary tract infections. Oral cavity infections. Vaginal infections. EXTRAMMUNE can be used as monotherapy or as a complementary treatment with antibiotics (whose action it enhances), when the infection requires it.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.
