CRANFIX is a unique combination of cranberry extract with vitamin C, selenium and zinc, designed to contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system of people suffering from recurrent urinary tract infections. Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are among the most common bacterial infections. Most UTIs are caused by a microorganism, the bacterium Escherichia coli (E.coli), which colonizes the large intestine and causes 80% of UTIs in adults. E.coli has the unique ability to adhere to the cells of the urethral walls and cause recurrent infections as it resists the body's natural mechanisms to remove it after antibiotic treatment. The above adaptation mechanisms strain the body's immune system. CRANFIX, thanks to its proanthocyanidin (PACs)-rich cranberry extract, inhibits the ability of E.coli bacteria to adhere to the urinary epithelium. Vitamin C, selenium and zinc help the immune system function properly. CRANFIX delivers a stable and guaranteed amount of 18mg of PACs per capsule. With only 2 CRANFIX capsules per day, the patient ingests the minimum amount of PACs (36mg) required for the antibacterial action of Cranberries extract.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Additional customs charges may apply upon delivery of the package.

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
