The natural composition of BROMEACT ensures a strong anti-inflammatory effect, while reducing the swelling caused by inflammation. ACTION OF THE INGREDIENTS: Bromelain: Increases the production of prostaglandins with anti-inflammatory effect. Inhibits the conversion of kininogen to kinin. Stimulates PGE 1 (selective inhibition of platelet aggregation and blood clotting) Develops fibrinolytic activity, in interaction with lipoxygenase, through plasminogen (increases the generation of plasmin), which breaks down fibrin clots (fibrinolysis), thus preventing the formation of local edema. Boswellic Acid (pentacyclic triterpene): Selectively inhibits 5-lipoxygenase, inhibiting the synthesis of leukotriene B4 (chronic inflammation phase receptor) as well as leukotrienes C4, D4, E4 (acute inflammation phase receptors). Does not inhibit the synthesis of gastroprotective prostaglandins, as occurs with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Inhibits the translocation of polymorphonuclear cells and the release of proteolytic enzymes. Coumarin: It has an effect on the lymphatic system thanks to its ability to increase the proteolytic activity of macrophages. It reduces the catabolism of catecholamines (adrenaline) at the vascular level and therefore contributes to improving the ability of blood vessels to contract and reducing edema and pain. For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
