Studies link the Mediterranean diet, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, olive oil, antioxidant fruits, vegetables and herbs, to a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and an extended lifespan. Many studies support the beneficial effects of omega-3 fatty acids on heart health. In addition, many scientific studies link various health risks to excessive consumption of polyunsaturated fatty acids. People today consume too much omega-6 fatty acids, but not enough omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are found in abundance in the fat of fish and some marine mammals, as well as in the algae they feed on. Omega-3 fatty acids limit platelet adhesion, thus minimizing their tendency to clump and prevent the formation of clots. Omega-3 fatty acids effectively reduce total cholesterol levels and especially LDL and VLDL lipoproteins. They fight inflammation and pain. CAUTION: If you are simultaneously using anticoagulants, take fish oils under the supervision of your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If you notice any unusual symptoms, stop taking them immediately and consult your doctor. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, do not use dietary supplements without consulting your doctor.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
