VITAMIN C is essential for the synthesis of collagen and is an important structural element of blood vessels, tendons, ligaments and bones. VITAMIN C also increases the bioavailability of iron from foods, enhancing the intestinal absorption of inorganic iron. VITAMIN C is a powerful antioxidant and protects against both free radicals and reactive oxygen species that are created during normal metabolism. It has the ability to regenerate vitamin E. A recent study in smokers found that C regenerates vitamin E from its oxidized form. VITAMIN C also stimulates the production and function of white blood cells, especially neutrophils, lymphocytes, and phagocytes. VITAMIN C protects the integrity of immune system cells. Neutrophils, monocytes, phagocytes, and lymphocytes accumulate VITAMIN C in high concentrations and protect these cell types from oxidative damage. When “invaders” are present, phagocytes release superoxide radicals, hypochlorous acid, and other oxidants. These reactive oxygen species kill the “invaders” but in the process, they also self-oxidize. VITAMIN C, through its antioxidant capacity, protects white blood cells from autoxidation by enhancing their glutathione levels. Many randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies have shown that VITAMIN C improves vasodilation in people with cardiovascular problems. The piperine contained accelerates the absorption of vitamin C, resulting in high concentrations of vitamin C in the blood in just 30 minutes. For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
