This is a dietary supplement with 9 natural active ingredients (agnus castus, black cohosh, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin D3, magnesium, sage, passionflower and evening primrose) to control and relieve the symptoms of menopause.

Menopause is a normal, natural biological process. Menopause occurs in a woman's life on average at the age of 51, a period that is considered young, as she still has at least another 30 years of healthy and productive life ahead of her.

Many women feel relieved and experience a new sense of freedom as they see menopause as a positive period in their lives in which they no longer have to worry about contraception or the bothersome symptoms of menstrual bleeding.

Although fertility ends, women can remain healthy, vital, and full of positive energy.

There are three reference stages of natural menopause:

► Perimenopause

It is the time period between the onset of symptoms and one year after a woman's final menstrual period. Hormone levels drop and the body begins to provide useful physical cues that the menopause process is beginning.

► Menopause

The period of time that marks the final transition to menopause. This occurs when the endocrine, biological, and clinical signs of menopause begin. It can last 4-8 years. It ends 12 months after the last menstrual period.

► Postmenopause

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

  • Agnus castus: Castor oil (agnus castus) is a Mediterranean endemic herb used to balance the female cycle. According to studies, its bioactive chemical compounds affect dopamine receptors. They stimulate the pituitary gland by regulating the effect of luteinizing hormone (LH) and the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). They also regulate prolactin secretion and activate opioid receptors. Studies have shown that agnus castus reduces the symptoms of menopause.
  • Black Cohosh : Black Cohosh is an herb that mimics the action of estrogen. As a result, it reduces hot flashes, aids in mental health, helps fight weight gain, improves sleep quality, and reduces vaginal dryness.
  • Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 regulates and balances hormonal activity. Low levels of B6 are commonly associated with dizziness, nausea, fatigue, confusion, anemia, or problems with our mental function. As a coenzyme, it participates in many functions and biochemical reactions of the body. Particularly for menopause, studies have shown that it reduces drastic symptoms such as nausea and pain, while improving blood flow and regulating the reproduction of certain hormones. It is also involved in the production of serotonin and GABA, hormones that play an important role in mood.
  • Folic acid or vitamin B9: Folic acid deficiency worsens symptoms such as fatigue and tiredness, anorexia, diarrhea, weight loss, headaches, tachycardia, and behavioral disorders.
  • Vitamin D3 : Vitamin D3 acts like a hormone and every cell in the body has a receptor for it. Its deficiency causes serious symptoms such as increased risk of infections, increased fatigue, bone and back pain, depression, poor wound healing, bone loss, hair loss or muscle pain.
  • Magnesium: Among its many other benefits, magnesium helps lower blood pressure, reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke, helps prevent osteoporosis, improves sleep, reduces anxiety, nervousness and mood swings. It soothes the gastrointestinal tract with its laxative effect.
  • Sage - Salvia officinalis: Sage has strong antioxidant and antibacterial properties. It improves memory and cognition, as well as alertness, calmness and contentment. Salvia officinalis leaf extract has shown inhibitory activity against pancreatic lipase activity and was ultimately effective in alleviating menopausal symptoms of weight gain. It has also been traditionally used to treat sweating and hot flashes during menopause.
  • Passionflower: Passionflower is an evergreen climbing plant from South America with a history as a medicinal herb since the time of the Incas. It contains many flavonoids, which are chemically similar to morphine, serotonin and maltol, which are responsible for reducing anxiety. It is a sedative plant, essential in the treatment of persistent insomnia, anxiety, melancholy, nervousness, while also helping with low libido.
  • Evening primrose: Evening primrose oil is used successfully in a wide variety of treatments, including menopausal symptoms. In addition, it is converted into prostaglandin E1, which has anti-inflammatory properties that act both by thinning the blood and aiding proper circulation.

How to use

Recommended dose is to take one pill per day, after food.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

 

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

  • €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

    The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

     

    Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

    Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
    Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

     

    In-store Pickup

    Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
