Fimosin is a pediatric gel for the treatment of erythema, edema, burning and itching in balanitis and balanoposthitis with adelmidrol, traumatic acid, biotin, hyaluronic acid, phytosphingosine.

It is indicated for normal and pathological phimosis. It relieves the feeling of itching.

It enhances lubrication and natural hydration of the affected area.

Restores the mucocutaneous barrier , promoting the convergence of keratinocytes. The product has a synergistic effect with pharmacological interventions that may be required.

There are several factors that contribute to the hyperactivity of the sensitive genital skin or mucous membranes in young boys and girls in the first years of their lives.

Hygiene factors, endogenous inflammatory stimuli caused by the accumulation of organic secretions and irritation resulting from diapers.

In all these situations, effective multifactorial control of mucocutaneous hyperstimulation is particularly useful for the remission of symptoms as well as the prevention of local inflammatory and infectious complications.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
