The dosage of Flamigel depends on the size and severity of the wound or burn. It is usually recommended to apply a thin layer of the product to the wound twice a day. It may be necessary to place an antibacterial dressing over Flamigel for more protection.

Flamigel helps create ideal healing conditions for wounds and burns, ensuring moisture balance in the wound, in order to accelerate the cell renewal process.

Flamigel is safely used on any type of wound, such as superficial open wounds, household, chemical or sunburn burns, skin irritations from peeling, radiotherapy, etc. It is used on the face and body, as often as needed until complete healing. Suitable for infants, children and adults.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

 

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

  • €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

    The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

     

    Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

    Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
    Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

     

    In-store Pickup

    Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
    Pickup is available at our physical store in Mastampas, Heraklion:

    Monday - Friday: 08:00–21:00
    Saturday: 08:00–20:00

    The order must exceed €15 in value.

    Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.

    If any of the ordered products are not immediately available in our store, the waiting time may be up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email about product availability.
