The FreeStyle Libre system is designed to replace the traditional way of measuring blood glucose with finger pricks.

The FreeStyle Libre sensor is easily and painlessly placed on the back and upper arm and continuously records glucose levels in the interstitial fluid, for up to 14 days. This gives you a complete picture of your glucose and its fluctuations and you can manage your diabetes more effectively!

Using the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor you will be able to receive optional audio alerts for low glucose, high glucose and loss of signal on your mobile phone.

How to use

Sensors stick best to clean and dry skin before application.

• Use only non-moisturizing, fragrance-free soaps to wash the area where you will apply the sensor.
• Use the alcohol wipe provided in the sensor kit to remove any oil on the skin.
• Allow your skin to dry completely before applying the sensor.
  

Before applying the sensor:

• Make sure you choose the appropriate application location - the back of your arm.
• Do not use body lotion or cream on the area where you will apply the sensor as it may leave an oily residue on your skin.
• Shave any excess hair on your arms, as it can get caught between the sensor adhesive and your skin.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.

The order must exceed €15 in value.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.

If any of the ordered products are not immediately available in our store, the waiting time may be up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email about product availability.
