We have made an effort to identify the most sustainable materials as key components of our patches.

All materials of natural origin come from FSC® certified forests (Beiersdorf's FSC® permit number is FSC® N003710).

**The electricity used in the production process comes from 100% renewable sources. All remaining emissions are offset through certified reforestation projects.

How to use

1.Cleaning

2. Healing

• You can contribute to the safe and rapid healing of the wound, while reducing the risk of scar formation.

• Repeat regularly until healing is complete.

3. Protection

For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
