Evening Primrose is a rich source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, mainly GLA (Gamma Linoleic Acid), which is essential for the production of hormone-like substances, prostaglandins. Evening Primrose oil has been used successfully in women with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). It has been shown that prostaglandin E1 (derived from essential fatty acids) can reduce the biological activity of prolactin, which is responsible for some of the symptoms of PMS. The symptoms of swollen abdomen and breasts are eliminated, irritability, depression, swollen fingers or ankles, subside and especially hot flashes. It can be used with good results in hyperactivity syndrome, arteriosclerosis and even multiple sclerosis. It is also effective in the treatment of diabetic neuropathies, which involve pain and/or numbness due to nerve damage, reduces platelet aggregation (blood clotting) in people who follow a diet with normal or high fat content and significantly reduces blood pressure and cholesterol. HealthAid's Evening Primrose Oil is a cold-pressed product for maximum purity. It contributes to the proper functioning of the circulatory and nervous systems and to the smooth functioning of metabolism. The presence of vitamin E acts as an antioxidant for the health of cells and skin. Beneficial for those with very dry skin, as well as in cases of eczema and psoriasis. How to use

Adults and children over 6 years of age, 1 capsule daily. Adults, up to 4 capsules if needed. Children may swallow the contents (pierce capsule) or apply to the skin.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
