An herb (Plantago Ovata), which grows mainly in India, Southern Europe and the USA and whose fruit bark is rich in fiber and insoluble polysaccharides (arabinoxylans), which have the ability to produce a sticky substance in the presence of water. It is a mild laxative, in cases of constipation, as it stimulates the muscular wall of the intestine and creates swelling of the stool, while at the same time keeping it hydrated and soft, thanks to this sticky substance. It can also be used as an aid in weight control, creating a feeling of satiety, in parallel with a calorie-controlled diet, while it can help reduce cholesterol, but also in the treatment of hemorrhoids. HealthAid's Psyllium Husk is produced from highly pure and 100% natural Psyllium seed husk, which has not been irradiated, with a high fiber content, which contributes to the mobility and smooth functioning of the intestine and digestion, in a completely natural way.

How to use

Adults: dissolve one heaped teaspoon (6g) thoroughly in a glass of water or juice and drink immediately. It is preferably taken between meals, always with plenty of water.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
