Sleep is the body's natural way of resting, in order to cope with the pressure of modern lifestyle. In periods of intense stress, a vicious cycle is created, in which sleep is prevented due to excessive stress during the day, but the lack of sleep in turn worsens daily anxiety and nervousness. Hawthorn is an herb with cardioprotective effects, as thanks to the oligomeric proanthocyanidins it contains, it stimulates the production of nitric oxide (NO), resulting in the dilation of blood vessels for better blood flow. Valerian, Passionflower, Magnolia and Viburnum extracts have calming and hypnotic properties, helping with daily stress. St. John's Wort is traditionally used for its sedative and antidepressant properties. HealthAid's Tranquil is a combination of extracts of these herbs, which act synergistically, helping the body cope with daily stress, nervousness and anxiety, without causing addiction and the usual side effects of medications.

How to use

Adults & over 16 years old, 1-2 capsules daily with food.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.
