A well-known herb since ancient times, as it was an accepted sedative since the 18th century, but it was also used for nervous conditions related to digestive tract problems. The active ingredients of valerian include alkaloids, volatile oils and iridoids, with the most active substance being valerenic acid, which is chemically related to GABA. This results in it binding to GABA receptors and preventing catabolism, while increasing its levels in the body and therefore its sedative effect. It contributes to the treatment of insomnia, improving the quality of sleep, anxiety and emotional depression, without the side effects of classic drugs. It is an excellent sedative, anxiolytic and sedative of the central nervous system. It is also an effective antispasmodic for intestinal irritations and helps the nervous system to cope after crises. HealthAid Valerian is made from the best quality, organically grown, titrated valerian root extract and is standardized in tablets and tincture (drops), high potency. Ideal in cases of insomnia and intense anxiety and fatigue. Useful in cases of hot flashes, overexertion and migraines, as well as for those who want to quit smoking, because it soothes irritation and gives the smoke a bad taste.

How to use

Adults and children over 12 years of age, 1-2 tablets per day 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
