Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and heart. It also contributes to normal psychological function and the normal function of metabolic processes aimed at energy production. Thiamine is characterized by 3 important biological processes: 1. It plays a major role in various metabolic processes for energy production such as the catabolism of carbohydrates (combustion) and the catabolism of α-keto acids. 2. It also contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system through the production of acetylcholine and 3. It works harmoniously with the other B vitamins. In general, vitamin B1 deficiency can be observed in situations of starvation, malabsorption syndrome, prolonged diarrhea, liver diseases (alcoholism, cirrhosis), parenteral nutrition, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Increased needs may also occur during pregnancy, hyperthyroidism, heavy manual labor, etc.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
