Glutamine is the main fuel for intestinal mucosal cells, lymphocytes and macrophages (immune system cells). It appears to play an important role in enhancing the function of the intestinal mucosa, the immune system and protein synthesis.

Many clinical trials have shown that parenterally administered glutamine or glutamine-containing dipeptides improve nitrogen balance in the body, protect intestinal absorption capacity, balance plasma glutamine levels, and reduce hospitalization time in postoperative or critically ill and hospitalized patients. Furthermore, pilot studies show that glutamine supplements help combat cachexia in HIV patients as well as in chemotherapy patients.

Oral administration of glutamine has been shown to effectively protect against neurotoxicity induced by the administration of oxaloplatin (a potent chemotherapy drug) in patients with colorectal cancer. It also effectively helped protect against gastrointestinal epithelial toxicity and reduced the side effects of radiation in patients with breast cancer.

How to use

Mix 1-2 teaspoons (1 teaspoon = 5 g) in a glass of water, milk or fruit juice and consume the product immediately or as directed by your doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Product storage instructions: The product is kept in a cool and dry place.

Keep out of reach of small children.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
