Benefits

The successful development of new drugs has increased life expectancy by 30 years. However, determining the appropriate dose and side effects remain challenges for drug therapy, especially for the treatment of diseases of the Central Nervous System.

More and more studies are showing that the response to a drug can be influenced by genetic factors that determine its metabolism, absorption, excretion or action. Genes are the reason why the same drug, at the same dose, can affect patients with the same disease in very different ways. Genes may also be the reason why some people have serious side effects from a drug while others do not.

Therefore, the same drug can affect each patient differently, both in terms of positive response to treatment and in terms of side effects.

The iDNA PGx CNS kit contains:

• Two (2) sterile swabs for collecting cells from the oral cavity (swab) each further packaged in a test tube
• Instructions for use
• Two (2) protective bags
• Registration and payment instructions

How to use

• Sample collection: Use the sterile swabs to collect a saliva sample
• Sample submission: Send the saliva sample & completed documents to iDNA Genomics
• Results: The results report will be sent to you within 15 working days of receiving your sample.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
