How to use

Before first use, place the pacifier in boiling water for 5 minutes, let it cool and squeeze out any trapped water from the pacifier. This is to ensure hygiene.

Clean before each use.

For babies up to 3 months, disinfect the pacifier regularly (with boiling water or a similar method). Make sure there is always enough water in the pot to avoid material damage.

• Do not clean in the dishwasher or sterilize in a pressure cooker – detergents or heating in batches will cause material damage.
• Never dip the nipple in sweet substances or medicines, because your child may develop tooth decay.
• Replace the pacifier between 1 and 2 months of use, for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Prolonged use of a pacifier can cause damage to the teeth and/or jaw.
• Cracks, bite marks, stickiness or changes in shape can cause parts of the nipple to separate and be swallowed – choking hazard!
• If the pacifier gets stuck in the mouth, DO NOT PANIC. It cannot be swallowed and is designed to deal with such an event. Remove from the mouth carefully, as gently as possible.
• Do not leave the pacifier in direct sunlight or near a heat source, or leave it in disinfectant (“sterilizing solution”) for longer than recommended, as this can weaken the nipple.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
Pickup is available at our physical store in Mastampas, Heraklion:

The order must exceed €15 in value.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.

If any of the ordered products are not immediately available in our store, the waiting time may be up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email about product availability.
