Ashwagandha is an herb that grows mostly in India. It has been traditionally used in Far Eastern countries as an adaptogenic herb (and is therefore also known as Indian ginseng).

The most important phytochemically active substances are the Withanolides (or guatinolides), which appear to have a similar structure and biological activity to steroid hormones. The Withanolides (or guatinolides) apart from their adaptogenic properties (treatment of anxiety and stress) appear to have
1. anti-inflammatory properties
2. immunoadjuvant properties
3. Testosterone-boosting and sperm-improving properties

This specific preparation is a titrated ROOT extract of the herb as only the root contains Withanolides (or guatinolides).

It also contains zinc and Vitamin C.

How to use

1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
