Soluble white crystalline powder. Calcium Ascorbate is a non-acidic form of Vitamin C and also provides an adequate amount of calcium. Calcium Ascorbate is suitable for people with intestinal problems. Suitable for vegetarians. General information: Vitamin C was first discovered in 1932 and was the subject of the first controlled diet experiment in history. It is known to be involved in at least 300 biochemical pathways in the body. It is a water-soluble vitamin, and since humans are unable to produce this vitamin on their own, daily intake is essential. Powdered vitamins are suitable for those who find it difficult to swallow tablets. Vitamin C: • Takes part in the repair of cells and tissues. • Helps convert proline into hydroxyproline and is therefore essential for maintaining collagen in the skin, bones and teeth. • Enhances the action of leukocytes, immunoglobulins and the body's natural antibodies. • Protects Vitamins A and E from oxidative stress. • Maintains stable cholesterol levels in the blood. • Has antioxidant properties. • Participates in the formation of corticosteroid hormones by the adrenal glands. Each ¼ teaspoon (1g) provides: Vitamin C 897mg. Calcium 103mg. Approximate pH: 6.8-7.4.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
