5-HTP (short for 5-hydroxytryptophan) is the hydroxylated form of the amino acid tryptophan, which is found in high-protein foods such as meat and dairy products. The body produces 5-HTP from tryptophan, which is then converted in the brain into the neurotransmitter serotonin.

The 5-HTP contained in this product is of natural origin and specifically comes from the seeds of the African plant Griffonia simplicifolia. The extract from this plant is one of the most widely used 5-HTP supplements in the world and is particularly popular among US Healthcare Professionals.

How to use

Up to 3 tablets daily, half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime. Start with one tablet and increase if necessary. The product is best taken for periods of up to 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.

For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
