Histidine is considered a non-essential amino acid for adults, and dietary sources of histidine probably provide most of the body's histidine needs. Histidine is used by the body for protein synthesis, and is a precursor to the neurotransmitter histamine, which is released by the body during allergic reactions. Histidine in a nutshell: Used for the growth and repair of myelin in nerve cells. Used in the formation of red and white blood cells. Can be converted to histamine, so it plays an important role in allergic reactions and vasodilation - not recommended for those suffering from allergies. Can be used to increase gastric acidity instead of hydrochloric acid.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
