Pregnancy is oriented towards fully covering the increased nutritional needs of women during the preconception period, pregnancy (where it simultaneously covers the needs of both the pregnant woman and the fetus) and lactation.

When taken daily, it provides the required amount of folic acid set by the World Health Organization (400mcg), combined with ideal levels of other vitamins and minerals essential for this important period.

Ensuring adequate folate intake is very important, as it contributes to the development of maternal tissue during pregnancy*. The folic acid contained in Multi-Guard® Pregnancy is in the form of calcium L-methylfolate, which is the metabolically active (methylated) form of folic acid. This ensures adequate metabolic coverage for all women, including those who are unable to methylate folic acid (polymorphisms in the MTHFR gene).

Additionally, it provides 150μg of iodine per tablet, an amount that coincides with the recommendations of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists regarding iodine intake during pregnancy. Adequate iodine intake indirectly ensures the proper intrauterine development of the fetal brain, as iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function*.

Like all Lamberts® formulations, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

How to use

2 tablets daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
