Lamberts Osteoguard - Dietary Supplement For Bone Health, 30 tablets

It is widely accepted that the modern diet is deficient in two essential nutrients that contribute to bone formation, calcium and magnesium, and that low calcium intakes can contribute to an increased rate of bone loss with age. The Department of Health in Great Britain recommends that women have a daily calcium intake of over 1200mg, an amount that is difficult to achieve through the modern diet (particularly if the diet includes few dairy products). Magnesium, which is increasingly lacking in the modern diet, is known to help calcium be deposited in the bones. It is often recommended that the ratio of dietary calcium:magnesium should be 2:1. Osteoguard provides calcium and magnesium in a 2:1 ratio, enriched with Boron and Vitamin D and K, to facilitate the absorption of calcium by the body. Based on the content of Osteoguard in calcium, magnesium, vitamin K and D and Boron, it is recommended to administer one tablet daily as a dietary supplement in most diets, while the administration of 2 tablets daily is recommended for people following a diet low in dairy products or women during the postmenopausal period. It can also be combined perfectly with other multivitamin formulas. In cases where there is a disorder in the absorption of the administered calcium, its co-administration with Osteoguard Synergy can be considered. This preparation contains a soluble prebiotic fiber, which, as has been shown by numerous studies, increases calcium absorption by improving intestinal flora.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
