Vitamin B2 is also known as riboflavin and was discovered in 1930. Like all B vitamins, it is water-soluble. It is not produced by our body and therefore must be obtained through diet. Rich sources of riboflavin include milk, cheese, beef, eggs and whole grains. However, 22% of women and 12% of men, receive amounts lower than the recommended intake. The worsening of riboflavin deficiency can be clinically manifested by angular cheilitis, as well as tearing, burning and itching in the eyes. Riboflavin participates in the production of energy from the combustion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates and contributes to the restoration of the lysis of the continuity of the mucous membranes and the production of red blood cells. Also, both the production of thyroid hormones and the production of immune system cells depend on the presence of riboflavin. Finally, riboflavin actively participates in the processes of the body that produce some of the antioxidant compounds that protect cells from the harmful effects of free radicals, for this reason riboflavin is considered important for maintaining eye health. Assimilation time: Less than 30 minutes. Suitable for vegetarians. Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules daily. Storage: Store in a cool, dry environment and protect from light.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
