Lamberts Selenium 200μg - Selenium Dietary Supplement, 60 tablets

Dietary selenium intake in the UK during the 1970s was double that of modern times. Official statistics also show that selenium intake in 80% of the general population in the UK is below the recommended intake. This is partly due to the reduction in the import of selenium-rich wheat (widely used in bread making in North America), combined with both the widespread use of selenium-competing artificial fertilizers and the exposure of grains to acid rain. Selenium, 1) is a vital component of the body's defense mechanisms against oxidative stress, 2) plays a key role in the metabolism of thyroxine, 3) is a valuable factor in reproductive health. For these reasons, insufficient dietary intake is a serious nutritional deficiency. Lamberts has chosen the organic form of selenium, Seleno-L-Methionine, due to its better absorption. Each tablet contains 200μg of Selenium, which is twice the amount found in most products.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
