Vitamin B6 belongs to a family of three closely related, water-soluble compounds: pyridoxine, pyridoxal, and pyridoxamine. The conversion of Vitamin B6 to its active form, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, occurs naturally in the body, and while supplements that provide P-5-P are thought to be slightly better absorbed than pyridoxine, the difference does not seem to be a significant reason to use this more expensive form of the nutrient. Vitamin B6 is probably involved in more processes in the body than any other B vitamin, yet 25% of women eat diets that provide less than the recommended intake for this vitamin (the recommended daily intake for B6 is 1.2mg, which is probably much less than the optimal intake). Vitamin B6 is a very important dietary supplement for women as it can be taken during the days before menstruation, helping to metabolize essential fatty acids and maintain fluid balance in the body. It is now well documented that deficiency of Vitamin B6 can increase homocysteine ​​levels in the blood, a factor that has been implicated in the development of cardiovascular disease. For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Additional customs charges may apply upon delivery of the package.

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
