Lamberts Vegan Iron Complex is an Iron & B12 Formula for Vegetarians. It is an ideal iron and B12 formula for vegetarians, as in addition to iron and B12 it also provides very high levels of lysine (an amino acid found mainly in meat and increases iron absorption). Therefore, people who do not eat meat, in addition to not receiving iron that is sufficiently absorbed (plant iron is non-heme and is not well absorbed), do not receive lysine either. In addition, the iron is in the form of ferrous bisglycinate. This form (along with iron citrate) is very gentle on the stomach and intestines (does not cause gastrointestinal upset). Like all Lamberts products, it is manufactured in the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards. Precautions: This product contains iron, and exceeding the dosage may be harmful to young children. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not intended to prevent, treat or cure any human disease. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

 

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

  • €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

    The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

     

    Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

    Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
    Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

     

    In-store Pickup

    Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
    Pickup is available at our physical store in Mastampas, Heraklion:

    Monday - Friday: 08:00–21:00
    Saturday: 08:00–20:00

    The order must exceed €15 in value.

    Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.

    If any of the ordered products are not immediately available in our store, the waiting time may be up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email about product availability.
