How to use

• Before first use, boil the pacifier for 5 minutes or sterilize.
  Wait for it to cool before giving it to your baby.
• During the washing or sterilization process, a small amount of
  water may remain in the nipple. Remove the water
  pressing the nipple. This ensures absolute hygiene.
• Wash the product before each use.
• Do not use strong cleaners.
• Do not dip the pacifier in sweeteners or medicines, as this may
  cause tooth decay.
• For the absolute safety and hygiene of your baby, it is recommended that
  Replace his pacifiers every 1-2 months.
• Don't worry if a pacifier gets completely inside the
  baby's mouth. There is no risk of swallowing due to the
  its specially designed shape. Remove the pacifier gently.
• MAM recommends stopping pacifier use around the age of 3 years.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.
