​Combination of natural omega-3 fatty acids with vitamins D3, A and E. The daily dose (5 ml) offers the consumer 1200 mg of omega-3 fatty acids with beneficial effects on the heart, circulatory system, brain function and vision. Omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) DHA and EPA are found in cod liver oil and fish oil and are the most important fatty acids of the omega-3 family. They are structural components of human cells and important elements for the proper functioning of the brain, eyes and heart. They help prevent and reduce joint diseases and rheumatoid arthritis, rickets and osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, dyslexia and hyperactivity, depression, diabetes, infections and skin diseases. Some studies show that omega-3 fatty acids can reduce symptoms of attention deficit in children and improve their cognitive abilities. There is also evidence that they protect against Alzheimer's and gradual age-related memory loss. A Harvard study showed that omega-3 fatty acids increase the life expectancy of the elderly by 22 years. Finally, research shows that cod liver oil improves sperm quality and intelligence. A study showed that four-year-old children whose mothers took cod liver oil (DHA and EPA) during pregnancy and breastfeeding performed better on intelligence tests than children whose mothers took other types of oils. Vitamin D The most important role of vitamin D is to regulate the absorption of calcium and phosphorus for bone building. Its deficiency slows down the development of the human skeleton and “softens” the bones, causing rickets. Recent research has shown that it also plays an important role in the proper functioning of the brain in middle-aged and older people. Studies also support its participation in the functioning of the immune system. Other roles attributed to it are related to its protective role against multiple sclerosis, heart disease and the risk of developing flu symptoms. Vitamin A An important vitamin for cell division, skeletal development and maturation, the proper functioning of the immune system, eye health and night vision, as well as the organogenesis of embryos. Vitamin E An antioxidant vitamin that protects cells from oxidative stress and omega-3 fatty acids from oxidation.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
