It is particularly important during infancy and childhood, as it contributes to proper and healthy skeletal development. The main forms of vitamin D are D2 (ergocalciferol) and D3 (cholecalciferol), which are contained in only a few foods (fatty fish, milk, eggs, liver, etc.). The largest percentage of vitamin D required daily is formed in the skin. When we are exposed to the sun, 7-dihydrocholesterol is converted, under the influence of ultraviolet radiation, into vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). D3 then undergoes two successive hydroxylations, one initially in the liver, where it is converted into calcidiol (25(OH)D3), and then in the kidneys, where it is converted into calcitriol (1,25(OH)D3), the active form of vitamin D. Calcitriol functions in the body as a steroid hormone and acts in various tissues, such as the intestine, kidneys, bones, heart, muscles, brain, and immune system cells, regulating the secretion of other substances, while it controls, directly or indirectly, more than 200 genes, including those responsible for regulating cell proliferation, cell division, and differentiation, apoptosis and angiogenesis.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
