How to use

Wash your hands and open the wrapper by pulling the tape.

• Straighten the removal cord and pull with a quick and somewhat forceful motion.
• Press the base of the tampon with the tip of your index finger and remove the top half of the wrapper.
• With your free hand, gently spread the labia. The opening of the vagina is located between the urethra and the anus.
• Relax! With your index finger, push the tampon deep into the vagina and at an upward angle. If you feel resistance, just change direction slightly. If you can still feel the tampon, then you need to push it a little deeper. Once the tampon is in the correct position, in the middle part of your vagina, you won’t feel it. Wash your hands again.

The enclosed tampon instructions contain important information about menstrual Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), which is a rare but serious condition. Please read and keep them for your health and personal hygiene.

ob® PROCOMFORT™ tampons are available in various absorbency levels to meet your protection needs, depending on the intensity of your flow.

We recommend that you always use tampons with the minimum absorbency required for your period, which is indicated by the drops on the package.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €5.80 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.
