Otosan Nasal Spray® is a hypertonic solution (2.2%), which contains Brittany seawater, enriched with plant extracts and essential oils from organically produced plants.

Without vasoconstrictors and propellant gas, Otosan Nasal Spray® is an effective aid for the symptoms of:

• Seasonal colds, sinusitis and allergies
• Rhinitis
• Sinusitis
• External irritants
• Nasal surgeries

Its natural multiple action acts locally by deeply cleansing the nasal cavities, helping to reduce congestion, inflammation and in the event of infection, offering immediate relief.

How to use

Suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over.
Dosage: 1-2 sprays in each nostril up to 4 times a day.

2.2% Brittany sea water (hypertonic solution) enriched with therapeutic organic ingredients: aloe, gooseberry extract, mugo pine, malaleuca essential oil (from tea tree) and lemon essential oil.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
