Pharmasept Aid Relief Hot Patch, with its specialized formula, enriched with Vanillyl Butyl Ether, a natural warming agent of low irritation, exploits the beneficial properties of the natural extracts of Arpagophytum, Arnica and Willow, for the epidermal relief of areas of the body suffering from joint and muscle pain, spasms, rheumatic pain, back pain, lumbago, neck pain, sports injuries and menstrual pain, providing a pleasant sensation of heat. Its special technology guarantees the action of the Hot Patch for 24 hours, while the duration of the thermal effect lasts a few hours.

Shipping with ACS Courier

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.

Orders remain available at the pharmacy for up to 5 business days, after which they are automatically canceled.
