Essential fatty acids play an important role in the body. They affect hormone production and the health of the immune and cardiovascular systems. They regulate the transport of cholesterol, its breakdown and removal from the body. They are also necessary for the normal development of blood vessels and nerves.

Their lubricating ability helps keep skin and other tissues youthful and soft. Solgar Fish Oil is a concentrated fish oil, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). It protects the cardiovascular system from thrombosis and helps reduce elevated levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood.

It is also useful in balancing mild hypertension as well as in cases of rheumatoid arthritis, migraines and type II diabetes.

In soft capsules. Each soft capsule contains 1000mg of concentrated fish oil, which provides 160mg of eicosapentaenoic acid and 100mg of dodecahexanoic acid.

Dosage : Take 1 softgel daily, preferably with meals.

For orders that do not exceed 3kg of volumetric weight*, the shipping cost is €3.00 when the order is under €50. For orders over this amount, shipping is free!
For orders over 3kg of volumetric weight*, there is an additional charge of €2.30 per extra kilogram.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.50.

BOX NOW Shipments up to €150

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• €4.30 for a medium locker (dimensions 17x45x62cm, up to 4kg)

• €6.90 for a large locker (dimensions 35x45x62cm, up to 7kg)

For orders over €150, shipping is free.

The parcel remains in the locker for 48 hours, with the possibility to extend for an additional 24 hours upon user request.

Shipping to Cyprus and International Destinations

Orders are shipped via DHL Courier. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and product weight. You will be notified via email of the final shipping cost.
Prepayment via bank transfer or card is required for order shipment.

In-store Pickup

Orders marked as “Pickup from store” are available after confirmation, provided all products are in stock. You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready.
